Craigslist is like my working girl, I think about whats the next mod I want and she goes to find it at bottom dollar....lol. This time she brought me brand new unpainted Roush quarter window louvers at $80. Yes, I know, $100 off retail; I was surprised too. The story of the guy I bought them was crazier, he bought a storage unit in Michigan and found a box full of these louvers together with a few brand new front bumpers and rear lower valences, all from Roush. Before you ask, I already did, he took them to a friend who owns a junk yard, and of course he jumped all over that chance, unfortunately :/.

Anyways so I was wondering...I wanted to have them painted to match the body color, but a friend strongly suggested for me leave them black. Whats ur opinion?





My rims are now plasti dipped though. Plus I have a gloss black roof, gloss black 5.0 emblems, and all reflectors/3rd brake light tints....ready for install this weekend

 

white definitely. your black is accent color. and very nice at that.

Please paint them. If you leave them black it looks unfinished.

 

Well of course I would have them painted gloss black but I agree with you all and my previous choice, body color is best. He did still have a bunch of the quarter louver sets. If ur interested, I can see if he d be willing to ship.
