If it is all Roush Cat Back and the tips are correct then the Over Axle Pipe needs to be turned and/or pushed over to the outside of the car to move the front of the muffler over then the muffler and/or the tips will have to be realigned.
You get it lined up correctly then re tighten it all.
Actually even if it is Ford and not a Roush Cat Back it would be the same to realign them.

But, if the pipe coming out of the muffler is straight out to the back of the car, the tips will continue to be misaligned. The only way I can fix this, if I even can, is to make the pipe from the muffler angle in from the outside of the car to the inside. So instead of the pipe being straight out, it will be angled. Then the tips being attached will align, but I've never seen pipes going at an angle. Always straight.

You rotate the pipe to make the inlet end move toward the outside of the car, then you have the ball clamp loosened up so the outlet stays where it is. You basically need to move the inlet over while leaving the outlet where it is.

I understand that, but I've never seen the pipe angled as it exits the rear. It seems to always be straight.

I was just giving a suggestion to get the tips lined up with the car with what you have right now, new ones might be the same if they are the right ones.
Actually after looking at mine while I was putting the 13.8 GT500 brakes on the rear of mine you might need to bend the mounts on the muffler to straighten them out.
Also moving the inlet side over 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch you exhaust would probably still look like it was coming straight out, just it would have the tips lined up to the rear valance.

Roush tips

You definitely are using 11 12 tips on your 14. They will never line up.

What makes you think they are '11/'12? The '13/'14 had the dual chamber tips and mine has the dual chamber tips. The '11/'12 aren't dual chamber. The '11/'12 are also a smaller tip than the 13/14 and wouldn't fit in the valance properly.

Not sure if this will be helpful but took some shots of my OEM mufflers with the Roush tips installed. This one is bottom up. These came on the car from Roush and were taken off by the Dealer and replaced with the Roush Axle backs. They have the Roush tips added to fit the valance. Thought this might give you an idea of the pipes and alignment or see any weirdness with yours. These are 2014 tips. Maybe....

I think you need to modify your rear valance.
