Question Moded GT hunts SS 1LE

Alright friends. I'm not yet ready to share my big (potential) news, but I have one more video to post. This may be the last one for a while as many things are still up in the air, and I don't have any more track plans in the near future.

But it's always nice to see an S197 catch a SS 1LE of the same vintage. He was camed and tuned, with long tubes which is obvious on the straights, and he also had suspension mods. I had better brakes. Pretty even equipment wise I would say. Enjoy. Long live the Mustang!

Nice! Can I actually hear his car at some points in the video?

Why no more track days, the year is still young!

Looks like a great time. I never cease to be amazed at just how good modern performance cars with a few bolt-on mods are these days.

Yes, that thing was loud! At 1:57 you can hear it motor away, and when I pass him it sounds good too!

Ha! I love it! Great shirt for the occasion and a great way to keep humble

Very true. Makes me wonder how much performance I could squeeze out of S550 PP2

Since there is going to be a big gap before your next video, does this mean there is a good chance of a S550 PP2 in your future?

I will also miss your videos, I think your 'driver mod' is better than most of your competitors and not enough credit is given there.

Do you have someone, relative or friend that could look after / store your car while you are away? You will never get another one the 'same' and I agree with your thoughts on the new ones! they don't make em like they uses to.

Good luck with which ever you choose.

Thank you sir, I really appreciate that! Been honing this skill for a long time. It's been 5 years of never ending driver mod, and I feel like I've learned a lot. A LOT. I want to continue learning and becoming a better driver as there is still much much more to learn. As I get settled and find a new ride (or whatever I end up doing) I'll still post some videos. European circuits will be a whole new ball game for me.

Ha, I have plenty of friends who "would love to hold on to the car for me" as long as I leave the keys. I think I'll need the money from this one to finance the next one tho. We shall see
