Now confirmed, the V8 and V6 both use the same driveshaft setup, so all the aftermarket aluminum GT shafts will work in the V6 cars.

They are claiming some pretty impressive E.T. reductions and a good amount of HP being freed up by using one.

 

has it been confirmed or not if a 05-10 driveshaft just happens to be the same? One of my buddies had a nice driveshaft on his 06, he just traded it for a '11 5.0, and still has the 06 driveshaft...

 

The 05-10 use a different transmission, and that would most likely mean they won't fit.
