Replace Seat Covers
How hard would it be to replace the 401A seat covers with the 400A seat covers? Are the seat covers secured to the seat frames with velcro or hog rings or ? ?

Both actually. Where the support rods are located they have hog rings and in the seat cushions themselves they use the velcro to keep they in place
