I am shorter (5'11") and a little lighter, but I have had the same experience.

I test drove a '12 Boss with Recaros, and it was an auto-include when I placed an order for my '13 Boss. I thought they provided great support and really gripped me when taking the boss through some corners. This car will be my daily driver too, so if they weren't comfortable I wouldn't have bothered.

 

Order the seats and if you dont like them Ill give you 1500 plus my seats. LOL
