My window has 5% tint so I don't worry about cleaning it.

Yeah, mine's not tinted and I don't regularly use DirteX on anything automotive but glass. I can say that it doesn't hurt the dash pad and the vinyl lettering on the rear glass. I've wiped them both with DirteX and they're still like new.

Careful with ammonia and window tint. Over time the tint will turn purple.

Use ammonia free cleaner!
