That's because AM provided you with a tech support number that doesn't even exist Alicia.. As for the e-mail you sent Raxiom, it more than likely went directly to AM's website which would explain why they contacted you and not Raxiom lol.

It's possible you may had just misdialed the number or AM could've gave you the wrong number.. So I'd try calling again, however if you end up getting the same strange message ? Chances are they provided you with a contact number that doesn't really exist..

This is what I'm thinking of going with when the time comes. I'll probably get a nice double din pioneer head unit also.

So after emailing back and forth with rosen, I told them just give me yalls number. This emailing crap isn't going to work lol. The guy seemed to not understand what I was saying, so I called and they send me the instructions to update the software for the headunit itself...finally lol...so have to get another SD card and put the update on that then put it in thevery SD slot!!!

Hopefully once you get the new SD card and download the software update, your head unit will be up and running once again

At least they understood well enough to provide you with an actual phone number and followed up by sending you the instructions for updating the software..

Well I did the update and the nav seems to be moving a lot quicker but one thing im hearing now is whenever I go to another channel, ex. Fro. Am/fm to sirus there is a pop sound from the speaker. Also when I have the volume on the nav. It was real bad when I first got the car and they replaced my speakers bc they thought it was that but it ended up being a wire that needed to be switched. I didn't hear it at all anymore once those wires were switched but it's back. I may just have to take the headunit apart and replug every thing back in. I'm going to call rosen back tomorrow to see if maybe they can send new wires. Lol at least it's a minimal popping sound.
