Procal for $100, need info asap!

I can get a procal for $100 at my local dealer. Ive been considering a tune for sometime but not a ford one. Someone just gave it back when they traded their '11. Can I use it on my car since it's been used, will it keep the warranty intact, and do you guys think its worth it? Ive read how much more aggressive aftermarket tunes are over the ford one. I've got 2 hours to decide before I go pick my car up from getting the wheels balance/rotated so any info is appreciated!!

It doesn't change your shift points so I say it's not a good tuner for an automatic car.
