Position of VIN on chassis - 2014 V6 Mustang cpe - URGENT

Hope some of you out there owning a 2014 V6 mustang will be able to help me: I need to know the exact position where the vehicle number or VIN is etched on the chassis. I know that there is a VIN on the left corner of the windscreen, but this is not what I need. If you have a 2014 V6 coupe, could you pse have a look under your car and see if you can spot the position where the VIN is etched on the chassis? I need the position with reference for example to the front axle. It is very important for me, as without this info I cannot import the car in the Netherlands. Thanks in advance ! Alberto

If I am correct in this... Ford does not put the VIN anywhere except the two locations, dash, and the door stickers.

There is a picture of a Mustang that had it's VIN stamped by someone by hand into the passenger shock tower to get the onion skin required by Sweeden's rules. In the Philippines, they also require an engine stamping, both onion skinned. o.0

Here's the info I found. Sorry, mods, it's on a competing site, but it shows the problem:

So you may have to have someone (the importer, likely, and they probably know about this in the first place) stamp the VIN somewhere to get what you need to have done, done. Only thing you can hope is that they do a decent job.. and maybe you can instruct them where you'd like it.

Hope that helps.

Hello GiAl,

As I’ve advised before, the VIN you’re looking for is not the one you can see through the windshield. It is on the cowl, in the middle, under the lip of the windshield. You would have to fully remove the windshield and glue to see it on the chassis. I hope this helps.

Ok, three locations then.

Yep, still gonna have to have someone stamp it for ya. I'm guessing Ford might be either adding a stamping or moving it for their 'EuroMustang' push?
