Lolol. Wow. So auto check may not even take your insurance telling them it isn't a total loss?! Geez. I can't believe dealers take such stock in these reports. I traded a car once that had been in an accident (minor fender bender). CarFax was clean. Lucky for me.

Step one is to get their sorry butts on the phone and threaten them with a lawsuit if they do not fix it with Carfax *yesterday*, and also waive the deductible for their screw up. They pay for *everything*, no out of pocket cost for you.

Step two is after they are done with that process, and your end game on either the Boss or your current Mustang is done and they've paid out... Drop them like the sorry jerk insurance company they are.

I'd be interested to know who they are, because I might drop them if I can expect this sort of idiocy.

o ma gush thanks for dat cause I would havent never figured out what he waz tryin to says. Maybe they shuld put you in charge of all new posteds ... ya know to checkem before they hit the forum.

I had a similar issue when I sold my truck they reported failing emissions which is a no sale item in Georgia. I had to fax them the passing report to get it removed. They are not very reliable.
