24 years old in a month had it for a year and loved it ever since. Once I'm done paying this one I'm going to give it to my parents and buy the new generation if everything goes according to plan.

It looks like vehicle history should be added:

57 Plymouth Savoy, 313 V8 with 3 on the tree - a very poor quality car
75 AMC Gremlin, 305 V8, auto - surprisingly a not bad car once you understood the poor suspension and severe understeer
1977 Dodge pickup step short box, 400 V8, 4 manual, 2wd - ok truck wanted a 4x4 later
1975 Jeep CJ 5, modded with 360 V8, big tires, side dump exhausts, cost 200 to 300$ everytime it went in the dirt, always out of gas.
1973 Comet (wife's)- nice car we should have kept it - in need of a real suspension though
1979 Celica - a nice car, fun, underpowered but the motor was bullet proof
1979 Landcruiser diesel - a great little 4x4, prone to rust but wish I had it now
1982 Land cruiser station wagon 4x4 diesel great machine, wife had head on collision with our two babies on board with a drunk in a Camaro. The camaro engine was pushed into the front seat, wife and babes no injury. I hooked winch onto the toyota fender to get it off the tire, drove it 800 km down the stewart / cassiar to a body shop, it didn't even need an alignment.
1975 Plymouth - ok car sort of - rusted real fast - doors froze shut in winter and then wouldn't close - caused me to think unkind thoughts
1986 aerostar mini van - gah - electrical gremlins galore - piston slapping six - otherwise ok.
1982 chev diesel pick up - good mileage - barely adequate power
1986 chev suburban diesel - very good mileage - 1000 km on a tank of fuel - barely adequate power (part of GM's plot to ruin diesel for north america)
1992 Chev Suburban 454 3/4 ton - you know your in trouble when the gas station owner has a big smile every time you come to the station all too often for $75 fill ups when gas was less than 50 cents a litre. Otherwise a beautiful rig.
1993 aerostar - ok but where was the fuel economy as the pay for driving a mini van? Engine leaked oil all over. Glad to see the end of it and mini vans period.
1991 cavalier - 4 banger - what not another head gasket blown! - great car for my daughters to learn to drive with - hitting deer, other cars, driving on old logging roads to natural hot springs etc. Sold it to no. 4 daughter's stupid ex boy friend at an inflated price with a head gasket leak that made your feet wet - he earned that car.
1992 chev heavy half tonne - nice truck should have kept it.
1999 Ford 3/4 ton diesel - bought as used high miler - found out I had a new engine and rad in it later - ran it for over 300 km
1992 Bonneville ssei supercharged - loaded - fun car and pleasure to drive - serously miss the head up display
2004 Ford 1 ton diesel - still have it - great truck - Ford took a bad licking on that engine but mine still runs good
2006 mustang GT - my wife ordered me that if I got a new car no more 4 cyclinder crap - so I complied with her wishes - she liked it alot
2013 mustang GT track pack - loaded - love driving it - almost 15 K km in 4 months - put a Boss 302 exhaust on it - really wish it had a head up display - wanted a Boss but gagged at the extra 12 Gs.

aircraft and motorcycles in between of all types

I'm 60 yrs old - almost 45 yrs in the mines. Still with my wife of 34 years who still looks real fine but might need a tie rod end and a fuel pump up grade.

I'm 26 and this will be my first Mustang. ETA late September!!

I must admit, due to the timing of my 16th b-day, I was a product of the Fast and Furious franchise through the ownership of my first two cars.

History:

16: 2000 Toyota Celica GT (loved this car the most so far. probably because it was my first)
22: 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GT (POS!! Worst car buying decision I ever made)
23: 2008 Nissan 350z (wife totaled which is how I ended up with the next two)
24: 1990 Nissan 300zx N/A (exploring the Z heritage)
25: 1973 Datsun 240z (further exploring the Z heritage)
26: 2014 Mustang V6 (enough with the old cars, give me something new!)
