37, just waiting on my first mustang. 
My car history has some ups and downs. - 93 Pontiac Sunbird SE V6 (16th birthday present from pops) - 98 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Coupe (factory ordered present to myself...modded to about 325 whp...stolen from my driveway in 04 and stripped) - 95 Chevy Monte Carlo Z34 (beater) - 05 Subaru Impreza RS Wagon (prepped for autocross and not remotely competitive ) - 96 Subaru Legacy GT (wife drove mostly...drove it for over a year with a rod knock before it packed in for good...still got $1500 for it ) - 09 Subaru Forester (inherited when mom passed on) - 07 Subaru Legacy Spec.B (current DD and intend to keep for rain/winter duty)

Yeah its a great car, the gentleman's STI. Its got some mild mods...pads, slotted rotors, stainless lines, cat back, shifter/bushings, mild tune. Its never getting to the performance level of the Mustang which is why I stopped modding and started saving a couple years ago.

I was very close to buying a Legacy GT (or Spec B) several years ago, ended up getting an Audi S4 (2002 twin turbo one) instead. It was a blast, but I think it would been smarter to get the Subi... love those Spec B's!

Just turned 54 and finally bought my first convertible mustang. Bought my son a 2000 model for his 16th birthday and always wanted one for myself. Now that the kids are grown I decided to get one before the style changes.
