I hope you had a good coat of wax on that hood, I always wax the hood roof and truck a couple of more times then the rest of the car just for that.

lol, totally reminds me of this morning. Amelie and I were going to meet a friend for lunch. I walked out first, realized I parked the car close to the stairs, so I couldn't get into the passenger side. So I walked around to the drivers side to get in, back it up, so she could get in. Then I saw the perfectly dropped bird crap on the driver's side door handle. I let her drive. :-)

I too park my car outside. I put new paint sealant on the hood and trunk almost every other month. With a layer of paint sealant, the bird poo wont stick to it. It will hose off easily.

It was actually wash time, and since it was still "fresh" it came off right away. Then a good waxing and looking mighty fine once again.
