Still waiting for my '13 and can't wait to get it, but I have to say, the 8 horsepower had nothing to do with my decision. That is truly not going to make any difference unless you are a professional driver on a drag strip, and even then you might see lose a couple hundredths in the quarter mile. What did make a difference to me was the upgraded Shaker sound systems, the app sync feature for a blue tooth connected cell phone, the completed front fascia, the functional heat extractors, and the pony projection lamps (I know, tit's a matter of "bad" taste). However, I will never denigrate those who chose to purchase a '12, because honestly, if the dealer had the exact car I wanted or could find one for me I would have bought a '12. I would have already been enjoying the car for months now, and I probably would have already added some Ford Racing parts which are not yet available for the '13.

I was kidding about the 8 h.p., it was a joke.
Obviously, no one would ever notice that and given that the 11 and 12's are widely considered under-rated, the difference may not even exist...

The recaros, track-pack and tail-lights are what swayed me to a '13. I called FCS today, apparently the car is sitting in Flat Rock "awaiting transport". C'MON GUYS!

Great emoticon! Sorry about that. I'm not very good at reading people's tone of voice and body language in this format. Anyway, the tail-lights, hill hold, standard HIDs, LED's in the front lights, and more can be added to my list. I didn't get the Recaro's because you can't get them with the comfort package, but I do like them. I also didn't get the track pack because I wanted ultra high performance all season tires so I wouldn't have to worry about snow tires. I'm not going to be taking the car to the track. I am however, going to upgrade the suspension through ford racing, and upgrade the tires to Continental Extreme Contact DWS 275s in the rear and 245's in the front.
