New Clarion's

Just got my new speakers in that I bought from bcaudioconnect.com it was the last 5x7. That is the right size correct? Anyways plan to put them in soon just can't decide whether to replace the stock front or back ones and if I like them order another pair. Oh and I bought them for $49.99 I think?

They are:
Clarion
SRG5721C
250w
Coaxial 2 way speaker

5x7 is correct and definitely do the front first.

The rears are even worse to change, you have to remove the rear seats and side panels. Look at the thread in the interior mods section on speakers (top three or four threads) for the full details on how to do it.

I replaced my fronts with 6x8 speakers. JLT has a great installation video on their website.

Does just changing out the speakers make that much of a difference in quality without changing the head unit and adding an amp?
