I was just speaking with my mustang tuner today and he said that sct had a firmware out that supported the 5.0 but it looks like not everything is working at the moment.

He was able to default TC to off but can't even raise the limiter or change the afr or anything really useful.

I will be calling him this evening on the way home and see if he has made any progress.

 

My tuner is working very closely with SCT as well.

My tuner said to expect a 4-6 hour tune session, as he will need to build everything from the ground up. I loved how his custom tune was on my 07 so I am very excited.

Best part, he will not be charging me at all as I am his first one.

 

The forbidden error message happens quite randomly. My guess is they're using some kind of load-balanced server architecture and one of them is messed up. Just keep refreshing until you see your window sticker (obviously you've done that but this info is for others.)

 

While you are waiting go get a brochure or 2 and save $750....

 

Just got my brochure in today, and went to the dealer to confirm that it works. Great news
