Mustang vs Camaro at Edmunds
but more curious what i will put down.
I know how i drive, what i weigh and the overal weight of the vehicle at the end of the run with me in it. rest assured. no matter how many miles are on it
, the first chance i get, ill be heading to the track.
I think these reviews are going to show these two cars evenly matched. It's going to be up to the drivers.
Camaro on P-zero summer is faster than Mustang on A/S but is slower than Mustang on P-zero summer.
and they're only talking about 2/10ths of a sec in the quarter.
And by the way this was the same Camaro that inside line destroyed the trans.

Maybe I'm a bit late to the Mustang club, but is there some unwritten rule that two performance cars always have to race each other? I mean if I wanted to get into e-peen measuring contests I could just play Call of Duty on the internet or something.
This goes back to the pony car wars of the mid to late 60's. It will always be there way. Just like the Red Sox and Yankees fan always argue or the Packers and Vikings fans always argue. Part of the culture of owning one of these great cars and the history and heritage it comes with.
I have a leadfoot no matter what i'm driving and my current daily driver kinda stands-out, so some drivers (mostly Evo's, z's, m3's, camaro's, Gto's and other Mustangs) seem to enjoy testing my will power to follow the rules of the road.
Don't get me wrong, I am likely ordering a 5.0, but I can see where sone of the animosity from C5 comes from towards the 5.0.
What began as a conflict over a market segment of the car industry escalated into a war which has decimated a million clutches. The Mustang and the Camaro have all but exhausted the petroleum of a planet in their struggle for domination, their hatred fueled by over 40 years of stoplight war. This is a drag strip to the death. For each side the only acceptable outcome is the complete elimination of the other.
