No offense intended, however your photoshop looks more like a funny car than an actual production version..
Both the front and rear sections are too long..
What you need to do is..bring the A-pillar posts forward, and have the roof more at a flatter angle..
Then slope the rest of the roofline, all the way back to the rear..
Think of it this way..If you took the roofline from a 69-70 Mach 1, and placed it on your photoshop..it would then look perfect..

I think the 69-70 Mustangs are the best looking of all time, I guess I kinda have a bias. after I was born I was driven home from the hospital in a 70' Mach1, that and my dad currently has a 70' Boss 302. If Ford does take on the 69-70 I hope they don't put the 69' sidescoops I prefer the clean rear quarters of the 70'.
Sorry ... but I disagree on the side scoops. I liked the 69 better for that reason and because of the 4 headlights.
Yes, I do agree that the 69-70 body styles were the best of all. They always look moving when they're even sitting still.
Great photoshop, by the way ...

Gotta love the hips. I got a hold of a guy named nick gavriles that designed and fabricated that kenny brown car. I was in a position to get those hips installed on my car but I got the run around instead...
I have all his contact info if people want to bug him just PM me...

A bit too repro for my tastes (2007newbie's original post) -- if I wanted a '69 Mach I, I'd buy a '69 Mach I -- but a good Photoshop job. I could see doing some more stylized '69 retro influences, but not so much a straight-on '69 reproduction, just too backward looking for my tastes.
I really like this one. Any chance you could show it in silver or grey, sitting on Bullitts and lose the rear spoiler and slats?

Only other thing I'd love is a bit more "edge" to the panels, like the Camaro concept. I really love the way the rear panels flare out to give Coke bottle hips.
