The 2010 GT with the horse paint job along the side? yes, that's Daniel's car, and yes he is still the same owner. He rides with us at every cruise, event, and show. Real cool dude he was also one of TruFibers car for SEMA this year

Dylan your car looks fantastic!!!

I was thinking dropping mine an 1" but after seen yours I may go 1.5". Can you tell me how much ground clearance you have upfront?

If you don't mind a quick question, did you add an adjustable panhard bar? I'm curious if it's needed for a 1.5" drop.

DT, I'm curious about this also.

Another thing I was wondering about is the quote below from the FRPP site.

Fits 2011 Mustang GT Coupe when used with M-18183-A upper strut mounts and M-18000-A Dampers
It says that the 1.5" drop springs require their upper strut mounts and their shocks to be compatible with the 2011 models. Did you actually need these parts or is FRPP trying sell more pieces?

The 1.5" drop worked out perfectly with just the springs, all the rest is still stock. FRPP must be trying to sell more parts or are just not fully aware.

Thanks for the info. Is your rear axle noticeably offset without the panhard bar? I'd think it would be offset by about an inch or so but I'm no expert.

Measure it and I'll bet it's off. Mine was by 3/8" at a 1" drop. Likely your toe and front camber are out of spec too. I now have a Watts link installed, so no axle shift at all...
and fixed the front with toe adjustment and Camber bolts.

If you don't change struts, then you don't need to change mounts. *IF* you only change to lowering springs, then you absolutely do not need the mounts. If you change struts, then it would mean you need to change mounts as there are no aftermarket units at this time compatible with the 2011 strut mounts.

They are saying it's 'required' because you SHOULD be upgrading the dampers when you put lowering springs on just because the stock stuff isn't meant to deal with lower, stiffer springs. And if you change struts, then you must also change mounts.

The stance and the wheels look great. I have always been a fan the mrr gt1 wheels.
