Low mileage '13 GT misses on cold startup

Anyone have issues with their '13 GT missing on cold startup?

My '13 is a bit of a garage queen. Only 20k miles (2.5k per year) and sits ~4 months of the year (winter) with nary a startup. I do, however, add fuel stabilizer and use a battery tender and always give her a fresh oil change after storage.

Never missed on a warm startup, but occasionally will miss a few times several seconds after a cold start. Whenever I start it I always let the fuel pump "startup" before cranking.

Why wouldn't you just change the oil before you store versus after? Then you're not having to drain oil that's been sitting in the pan for four months right away...

because "they say" it goes bad during storage -- moisture buildup, becomes acidic, etc. . . . .personally I don't really buy it, since oil has been sitting in the ground for millions of years, I really doubt it would go bad in a couple months . . . but anyway that is the philosophy
