It's seems like an impossible search, anyone know where online you can get the shell of the fob for the '14? I don't need to cut a new key just the rubber and plastic shell. Thanks.

 

What is wrong with yours?

You could always get one on Ebay and take it apart? Get a Silicone one to cover the old one. Or do the VW flip key mod.

 

As Jazzman states,
just get one off e-bay - there are non-ford versions that work fine. (even a flip-key that resembles the VW keys). If you have two working remotes, you can program a third pretty easily by yourself (no cost) and get the key cut at Home Depot or somewhere that cuts keys.
That is probably easier than trying to find a fob shell.
