I have a similar issue, one dealer told me they couldn't replicate the problem over a year ago, and another said it was normal. I talked to steeda since all my parts are steeda and they said it was becuase of the two piece drive shaft having lash. They said that a one piece driveshaft will fix this issue. So here in a few weeks I'm probually going to order one if I can't get Ford to fix it which is the route I'm one now. Just waiting on the CSR to call me again.

Same issue here. It definitely feels like there's lash/slop in the drivetrain somewhere, and you notice it when slowing down, like almost to a stop, but then once you get back on the gas you can hear/feel a clunklike effect as the loading is reversed from stopping to going. It's subtle but there.
Can't get to the dealer anytime soon but hope to later this spring. Am compiling a little list of issues I need addressed whenever I do get a chance to get it there. There's that little intermittent squeak in the right rear suspension when going forward or backward slowly. Had it since day 1, but since I installed Steedas/Konis at about 1100 miles (am at 4400 now), I am figuring they'll just blame the noise on what I did. It may never get solved. All dealers around here are VERY paranoid of mods. That's why no Steeda intake nor tune. Yet...
In the meantime I am VERY interested in the outcomes the other posters experience with their dealers.

I totally forgot about this thread and forgot to post my follow-up. My dealer had the car for two weeks, had numerous different people drive it, including the service manager, and, although they heard it, could not find the root cause of the problem. It comes and goes, but it's still there at low speeds.
For reference, I checked all my torque specs on any bolts in the rear I took loose during the LCA and lowering spring install several times since I put them on. Nothing was off from the install. At this point, I'm clueless.

1400miles on mine. I can here it sometimes and will wait a while until I get chance to visit dealer.
Another issue is rattle noise from dash board, very annoy. So far, these are what on my list when I go to dealer.
Nothing emergent.

Rattles...so annoying. I had a rattle in my 2011 GT, took me weeks to finally locate it - the rear view mirror (tap on it, it may be the source of your rattle, too). Dealer replaced under warranty, satisfied. I have another thread on this:

Hi Double-EDad and alfaromeo,
Please make an appointment with your Ford dealer for diagnosis as soon as possible and PM me with your dealer, VIN, mileage, and contact info so I can escalate this for you.

I'm a little late to the party on this, but hope this helps. My 2011 F150 had the same problem (single driveshaft), slips and clunks starting and stopping. The dealer reflashed the transmission, and all has been well for close to a year after. Many F150's had this problem, and the reflash helped. Some F150's with the split driveshaft had problems similiar also. The fix many used was the yolks and moving parts needed grease on some. On others the driveshaft itself were slightly out of line. I don't know if the Mustangs can use the same fixes, but they do have similiar 6 speed tranny's to the newer F150's. You never know.....
