Just dropped off my car to have these mods done

1) Upgraded speakers (Pioneers)

2) CS front valence

3) Roush upper black grille

4) Painted grille surround to match car color

5) 4.10 gears (was gonna go w 3.73 but the guy talked me into 4.10's given how little I drive, same price)

Decided not to get suspension work because I want a smooth ride for my dates.

Should get it back Thurs or Friday.

Is your ride an auto or a manual? I don't know about 4:10s? I've got 3:73:1's and it's plenty low enough. Heck you may not ever need to use 1st gear for that matter. You're gonna a be a BZ fella rowing through them gears iffin you're a manual.

4.10s? Fack, my 3.73's are a pain in stop and go traffic. I have to shift 2-4-6 most of the time. Bah.

Forget all the naysayers. You will love the 4.10's.

Really wakes up the car. 1st gear is optional but that is only because 2nd gear pulls as hard as 1st now

And for what it is worth. I commute in my car 80 miles a day.

Do you not have tools? Most of those are simple mods to do in your driveway/garage. Are you doing speakers front & rear or just front?

4.10's FTW. Loved the 4.10's in my '07 GT. Had 4.30's in my '03 Mach 1. Have 3.73's in my '11 GT (from the factory). Gears are a torque multiplier, so if you like torque (and who doesn't), then more gear is a good thing!

What size wheels do you have? Did you go with Brembos?

I just have the stock 18"s. I'm doing just the front speakers. And no, I don't have any tools nor much garage space( live in a condo).

Those are good mods to start with. Especially the front valance is such a clean look. 

Should I put the pony tri-bar emblem in the roush grille or the roush emblem?

Tri bar. Unless you do a full Roush kit.

What are you going to do about traction? With 4.10s you are going to just spin the crap out of your rear tires. I do that with 3.73s and my next mod is new rubber out back... if you can call that a mod.

I have no idea. I don't really want to deal with sticky summer tires that I have to swap out for winter tires. My all seasons worked just fine in the snow last winter since I'm garaged all the time.

So you got 4.10s put in your convertible? Did you do it yourself or pay to have the gears swapped out? This is one of the mods I'm considering if I don't go for a Boss and get a GT 'vert instead...

I was SO torn between 4.10s and 3.73s in my 2011 GT auto. My car is a daily driver, for long trips too. I was mainly worried about too high rpm when cruising around 80 mph on the highway... so I bought 3.73s (not installed yet). In the back of my head I keep wondering whether I should return them and get 4.10s while I still can . Ahhhh what to do.
