Sawgrass Ford, ask for Louie Napolitano. Tell him Dennis sent you. I wouldn't deal with anyone else anywhere. I asked about ordering it and changing it out but not possible. Have to change the the whole center stack and maybe some modules. I'm sure it could be done and if I had the stuff I could do it. I have the NAV in wifes 10 Edge and it's nice but I will get by without it.

If it's returning this.

We are temporarily unable to retrieve an online window sticker for this vehicle. Please try again later.
If the problem persists, please contact the help desk for this web site.
Then your window sticker is not yet available or your VIN is incorrect. The window sticker will show up about one week before the scheduled production date.

If your VIN is correct and available in the system it works, but you have to follow those directions and add your VIN to the end of that URL to get it to work.

FINALLY, the real reason for the hold: Ford is yanking defective NAV units and replacing them with plain-jane Shakers.

Sorry that your order got messed up, but I'm glad that you're diggin' the wheels!

I bought mine from Sawgrass too, but I dealt with the fleet/corporate account manager. Got a good deal.

Is the Nav available as a dealer installed option like it was on the '07-09? (and you can put it in earlier too) Or is there too much cross connection needed? I'd ask the dealership to install it for what it would've cost you on the order.

When I ordered my '07 I ended up getting it ordered with 2 options missing. I asked for the 18" fanblades and got the 17" wheels instead, and I asked for spoiler delete, and the car had a spoiler.

I made them take the wheels off another car (that was the biggest option I wanted, didn't want the car with out them), and later on they ordered a Vista Blue V6 without the spoiler and did a trunk lid (boot for you UK fans) swap for me.

It helped that I had copies of the order sheet we had filled out to show that it was indeed their mess-up.

Congratulations on the new car, enjoy the hell out of it!

It is VERY important to check everything on the configuration after the order is placed.

Not all. My wife is ten times better than I am at navigating from memory. I'm good enough at navigation from a map or written directions but I'm poor at doing it from memory. My wife is quite good.

Yeah, and there is no shortage of first-rate mountaineering guides of the female persuasion, either. Let's all leave the stereotyping to those who don't know any better.

This is true! My b/f's sister is insane with directions! I swear she has a GPS in her head.
