Lol exactly. With all the, literally a LOT, of threads singing praise of the MGW unit, I don't know why some folks still even think about whether or whether not they should or should not get one. It's a done deal.

No more grind, "nibble" or whatever people call it. If I'd have known, I would have changed this before anything else.

Don't get me wrong - replacement shifters offer a LOT more positive feel (sometimes to the point of being notchy), but if your clutch isn't getting disengaged fast enough, a shifter alone will never stop the grind on the quick shifts
Thank you, I will try this. I keep telling people that I am not "missing" the gear, it just doesn't want to go in as fast as I want it to. If I keep pressure on it it will go in after a couple hundredths of a second. My friend has a 14 and says he has no issue with it, I tell him he's not shifting fast enough then.

got my appointment this coming wed with them to get it installed. figured having the maker install it should avoid any screwups i might make
