If you have not bedded your brakes you might want to
My GT has just over 6K miles on it and has had a bit of a squeak in the brakes sense I got it. Was never bad enough for me to complain about till recently. It has been getting embarrassing doing a 3 point at my job sites and I kept telling myself to go do a bedding and finally got around to it 3 days ago.
Did 6 or 7 fast stops 60-10 then 2 medium stops 60-10 then drove about 20 minutes at 50 never stopping only slowing to 15 for a u-turn every 3 miles (live by wide open back roads which make doing this easy)
3 days no squeak at all which is very nice but more important I was very surprised on how much better my brakes feel now. Coming from race brakes on my last car I knew these new ones would be very soft and just had to get used to it. Now after the bedding they are much tighter and have a bit of a bite right when the pedal is first touched.race brakes they are not but I'd say they are at least 25% better than before

Nope it's never too late. Over time the layer of pad that gets left on the rotor during bedding gets worn down and re bedding every once in awhile may be needed especially if you take it easy on the brakes (opposite from what you would think). Many racers re bed every time they hit the track when switching back and forth from full race pads to street pads.

Just an update and bump for those this may help.
Been a few weeks now and still not a squeak. I also want to revise my earlier brake feel percentage from 25% to 45% better. They just have a proper feel now especially when I'm doing 3 point turns and stoping at an intersection.
