ya. sucks. glad my stang isn't my daily driver. She isn't a garage queen, but if it's snowing or there's salt on the roads, she stays in the driveway.

Only good thing I can say about living in So Cal is I dont have to worry about snow and ice, and <shivers> salt roads....

Same here the winter is tough here as well in dubai temp down to 26 in the evenings

At least it's easy for you guys to get parts no one ships over here so have to pay crazy ford dealer prices

I haven't tried it first hand yet but I was thinking spray your wheel wells with wd-40 and that snow won't pack up in there. I'm glad to see your driving yours like it should be driven.

I have been lucky enough to car pool to and from work so I don't have to drive my car all that much in the mess we call winter

its not too bad here in So Cal, depending on what area you live in. Right smack in LA, lowest ive seen it go is about 40 or 39.
I hate it.

I don't think SoCal people are allowed to complain. We never have to store our cars and it doesn't snow. If we complain, they will hunt is down like animals.

Good thread to ask a rust question:

The underbody coating looks not pretty strong (just primer?) does someone has bad experience with rust so far? I think to get it conserved with some wax.

I have driven my car through several winter as a DD and I don't see any rust under then other than on the rear axle.

That road salt is NASTY!

Those are my winter wheels with X Ice 3' on them.
