I think it makes the interior look better.

Less plasticky.

Crazy! There was some serious roll in that thing though, just another reason to add a stiffer suspension . . . so your air bags don't deploy!!

So long as no one got hurt, then yeah its hilarious. WTF could have triggered this? I thought airbag sensors were in the front and rear bumper and somewhere in the doors for the side curtain ones?

The youtube description says the passenger was burned on the arm I think. I feel bad for them and hope the injuries weren't serious.

Other than that its AWESOME.

Haha ... good stuff ... the yaw sensors must've thought the car was about to roll over and decided to deploy the side curtains ...

I guess the moral of the story is to remove the airbag fuse before drifting a Camaro ... lol

Wow that's ironic. Today I saw a chevy equinox that slammed on it's brakes hard at an intersection to avoid a cat, and every airbag in the car deployed. We stopped to help her out, it was an old lady that was scared ishless.

Wow! That's crazy! It's kind of ironic that I stumbled upon this video. My wife and I are going to Mexico on vacation next week and she bought me this deal from somewhere near cancun that you get to drift the new SS on a drift track. I'll make sure to ask if I will have any problems with the airbags ha ha ha
