HELP: Car keeps cutting off, weird issue (possibly in trunk)

Awhile back I was driving my car and once I put some stuff in the trunk before starting it, it started going nuts like it was coughing and cut off. I managed to coast to the side and pull into a lot then thought about it. the only thing I'd done was put stuff in my trunk. I moved everything back out and it worked fine again for months.

Today I went to the store and put some Essentia water cases in the trunk and my car wouldn't start up properly, did the crazy coughing again. I took the cases out and put them in the passenger seat then it started fine and drove partially home before doing it again and I managed to pull into another lot before traffic started. I noticed like long ago there is a piece with a lot of wires going into it in the trunk so I wiggled it around and pressed on it hard in multiple places and started the car up, which worked fine. I let it sit for about 5 minutes revving the engine and it had no more issues.

It SEEMS like the cuplrit has something to do with the wiring in the trunk, but I am uncertain. I can say that everytime it has done this, I was able to get it going from messing with the wires, but both dealerships I'd been to could not figure out the problem. Has anyone else had this issue? Really unsafe to be driving when it just randomly does stuff like this.

Car is a 2010 Ford Mustange V6 (Special Edition Kona Blue with the Mustang design in the windshield) I ran my scanner on the car and it came back with:
P0191 - Powertrain = Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Cirt Range/Performance
P0731 - Powertrain = Gear 1 Incorrect Ratio
P1235 - Powertrain = Fuel Pump Control Circuit

The RED is actual fault, the two grey are possibles.

I just took a photo of it and got the code off the part and it is labeled 6R3A-9D372-BA, which comes up in google as the Fuel Pump Control Module.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Could it be only this part that is bad, maybe the wires, or would this indicate the entire fuel pump is going out?

It keeps failing to attach the photos to the thread from my phone. I'll move them to my PC when I get a chance and attach them to the original post.

You have fuel pump module wires running on the trunk floor next to the spare tire well. There is one that looks like it could be the kill switch for a rear end wreck on the back wall of the trunk also. It would be on page 16.
You might need to pull the liner up and really go over the harness and see if there are any cuts or wires without their protective casing and cover them up. Almost seems like it is grounding out so it might actually be easy to find after you start looking

I think it is because we are both old School Kevin, which meant we looked at the problem and the cause of said problem and then we attack said problem.
Although anymore that means my back starts hurting and I have to go sit down
