Headlight Problems.......New Jersey anyone?

Does anyone in the New Jersey/Philadelphia area know any good shops for fixing/replacing headlights?

The previous owner of my car installed an aftermarket HID kit and the lights work sometimes but other times won't turn on at all. He wired the conversion kit terribly. I would like to return my car to the factory headlights.

I think it is a kit similar to this

http://www.ebay.com/itm/OPT7-AC-35w-HID-Kit-9007-HB5-Bi-Xenon-5000K-OEM-White-Beam-Conversion-Light-/140929216330?fits=Model%3AMustang
Any help would be greatly appreciated
