Dealership north of me has not 1, but 2 Track Pack GTs on the lot (saw the dealer pix in front of their building), a black one with 401A interior, and a race red with Recaros. Black one built 3/1, the red on 3/12. Interesting that they made it from MI to southern NH by convoy just over 2 weeks.
Both cars show all the interior plastic in place over the seats and steering wheel, yet the red one already has 75 miles on it. Will be interesting to see if this car was selected for further testing after it rolled off the line and has one of those quality control sheets next to the window sticker reflecting that fact.
I am planning on taking a ride over today with my son and take a few dozen (hundred
) pix and talk to the sales guy. I hope this small dealership has a Mustang enthusiast working there. I was totally unimpressed with the sales weasels at the nearest dealership where my wife bought her '11 GT. We get her oil changes done there, but I won't be buying my new Mustang from them.
Will make a new thread with the pix later today if it all works out. Maybe I can even get a vid of the Track Apps too.
