Absolutely.
Forgive my laziness but I think you can just visit www.Americanmuscle.com (or click the banner) and they can hook you up with what you need.
Most likely, it will be a grille swap...which may require dropping the bumper cover (though that's not as bad as it sounds).

I did this swap on my base V6 with no lower valance fogs. Parts i bought was GT Grille and Surround, GT Fogs, Lower Valance Fogs(I wanted to have both), Starkey Lower valance wiring harness, Starkey Foglight extensions.
