GT/CS color question....

I built a 2011 GT/CS on Ford's website and was wondering, why is the GT/CS package not available with Sterling Grey or Kona Blue? Is it because the stripe does not show enough contrast when matched with either of the two?

This would not make sense though because a person ordering a Ebony Black GT can select the GT/CS package, which would definitely have the least stripe contrast of all colors.

Thanks, mustangfan123

Don't go by the B&P site as gospel, it is still screwed up.

Oh ok, thanks, I really hope that they change sterling grey to available with the GT/CS package.

The order guide matches the B&P page online. It doesn't have Sterling Grey or Kona Blue as options for the GT/CS.

well that sucks, my dad might be ordering a GT/CS and he liked Sterling Gray the best, so that is a disappointment. Oh well, Ingot Silver will suffice.

I don't know why they don't let you order whatever color you want with whatever package.

Just like they don't offer Grabber blue with stone leather, they did on the 2010's.

Just stupid.

I have a friend who has a '09 CS with whatever the dark blue was called that year along with the black stripe and it looks great, why not on the '11?

That blue is vista, it is not as dark as Kona, however, I agree Kona should be offered by Ford with the GT/CS package, as with Sterling Grey.

That's stupid about the grabber blue with stone, I mean cmon Ford.

Haha, 5.0 Mustang is better IMO. Lighter, faster, and handles better.

That'd be awesome but I can't afford car payments.
