Going to the dealership
Taking my car in to the dealership on the weekend. I am having some issues with it.
1. clunking noises when shifting gears. as if the transmission is about to fall out or something.
2. feels like my car has no power. The car feels like its struggling to get to higher speeds. especially when i let go of the of the pedal car slows down very fast as if the breaks are on when they're not.
anyone experience this? what should I tell the dealership when they take a look over the weekend?
I feel like my experience is not the same as everyone elses, feels like I have a F-ing LEMON

Hi dardi,
This is Deysha with Ford Customer Service. I feel the same way as AzPete. You should have a service tech ride with you so they can experience your concerns. After you go to your dealer, please message me your VIN, dealer, contact info, and mileage so I can escalate it if needed.
