Fueling issue
Got message to Check Fuel Filler. Went to check it. Open the gas door, capless system, little flap that usually opens to let the gas pump enter to put in gas will not open? Cannot put gas in my car. Any ideas?

That describes your filler situation. Even though it's not specifically for your car, it should apply. You should have a funnel somewhere you can use to try to free up the door.
The message is because it's not closing all the way. The not opening means it's stuck not quite closed. You may have debris or something keeping it from operating correctly, hence the funnel trick. At the end, if you can't get it to open, you'll need a new filler. If you do, but can't get it to close, then you need an new filler OR a locking gas cap, or you'll never get that message to go away. It's for emissions and that's why they monitor it.
Hope that helps, and good luck!

Fixed for now.
Thanks for the info. I cleared the error. Found the funnel when I got home. Was able to use the funnel to work the flapper loose. WD 40 and some air blasts cleared what was there. All good now.
