First time question...2011 convertible top

Hi All, First time posting here. Having a problem with my 2011 convertible top and while searching the web found this fantastic forum.
Along the bottom rear of the top (under the window) where it meets the rear deck, it has suddenly sagged down from the body. Was fine yesterday morning. I can see the staples that are usually hidden under the rear deck. The top appears to still be connected somewhat along that rear bottom bow but some staples are loose. Water will definitely puddle there. I cannot see how to access this area to reattach the staples. The narrow deck panel covering the bow in front of the trunk lid is not removable. The L/R sides are fine. Any input would be much appreciated. Also possible cause? Thanks very much,
Mark,
Currently in Las Vegas.

Convertible top---One more pic

As you can see, the dirt line on the canvas should be even against the black garnish. Canvas needs to be pulled back tight and stapled. Problem is, all this work takes place under the rear deck. Sealed off in trunk and the panel does not apoear to be removable. Would be an easy job otherwise.

You should be able to access that area from the backseat.

Are you still under warranty?

P.s. I'm from Anchorage as well, living in Indiana. Welcome to the forums.

I did poke around behind the seat a little. Decided the staples could not be shot in. Maybe the canvas wraps around and down enough to be stapled to the bow from the bottom. Good idea, i'll check it out further when the garage cools down a bit tonight. I agree, It is the only approach I can see also. I bought the car used in 2012 for LV and have never actually checked the warranty until today online. Just drove it every few months for a week or so. Online general warranty bumper to bumper is 3yr/36k. Im at 39k. I plan to call a dealer here in LV and check it. Might get lucky. The 55 bird is here now but the tops are in storage. Nights only right now for it. Anchorage sounds good right now. Thanks for the reply. Mark.

Mark, you may be better off just contacting a good upholstery shop. If the dealers there are like ours they contract out this type work. Good luck, and welcome.
