Had to get the Auto..... too much commuter driving to sit there and shift. I am not disappointed in the least, trust me.

They are adjustable. Standard height adjust on both drivers and front passenger. They also pivot forward, can't recall if they did that on the '10 or '11. The rear seat headrests pivot all the way forward so you can see better out the rear window. Comfortable seats though.
