Trying to get every piece of documentation I can for my car.

I have:

-Vehicle Order Confirmation (VOC)
-Dealer Order Acknowledgement Receipt (DORA)
-Window Sticker
-Couple different brochures for 2014 Mustangs (simple one from the private cash offer mail order brochure and the more robust full brochure from the dealership)

Dealer told me he could get me a copy of:

-Actual invoice

From Ford I can get:

-Deluxe Build Sheet (after '14 production ends)

I need to ask dealer about:

-Vehicle Visibility Report? (From what I understand it has a short lifespan, only good for a few days after delivery)
-OASIS report? (not sure what this is)

Anything else we can get, short of a build sheet stuffed under a seat in the car from the factory?

 

Unfortunately, the build sheets are discarded at the plant.

 

Took a photo of the Certificate of Origin. From what I understand most people never see this... At least in Nebraska... This is essentially the title sent to the Dealer. When you purchase your car the Dealer sends this to the DMV so you can title and plate your vehicle. I am sure this gets filed and eventually destroyed when your title is made in respective state... Took a photo of mine since I knew I would never see it again...

 

The OASIS is just a record of what any Ford dealer has done to the car, since it is new there would be nothing on it and you can get one at any time.
