That is what I want to avoid..(having it come out bad) I defiantly don't want to have to buy new pieces. I found some helpful videos on youtube. Ill take a crack at it. Ill start off easy with the valve covers and if that comes out good...Ill take on the engine plenum cover.

DK, looks good. Where'd you get the battery and brake fluid covers? I've been looking for those for a while.

I got them free from a friend....I think he got them from American muscle?
I know JLT sells them a little different style though....I'm gonna buy their pre painted strut covers soon though!

Ugh... you made me shudder with that initial vendor you mentioned. No thanks from there. From JLT however, I might oblige. I will dig into it.

thanks for the info sir.

And great looking car, as always. I haven't posted/talked about my car in months since cold/winter. I'm not in the mood. In spring, it will be a rebirth, as usual.

That looks really good. Not sure if you mentioned it already, but what did you use to paint the strut tower brace?

Those look like the CPC covers. CJPP has them for $89. http://www.cjponyparts.com/cpc-batte...-2013/p/BATC2/
