Driver's glass not sealing properly

So here's the story. When I first got the car I noticed a slight tear on the window seal. Under heavy rain it would drip a small amount from the rain.

Instead of buying an oem window seal from Ford. I bought a new old stock seal from someone on eBay. It was a genuine Ford item.

I installed the seal properly. Then at interstate speed it whistles.

I have noticed when comparing the driver and passenger glass the driver's glass is slightly lower on the seal and is not fully shut.

I have double checked the seal and it seems it's on there correctly. Any ideas?

There's a calibration procedure for the power window positions in the owner manual. Have you tried that?

Have you tried this ?

Bounce-Back

The window will stop automatically whileclosing and reverse some

distance if there is an obstacle in theway.

Overriding the Bounce-Back Feature

Pull up the window switch and hold withintwo seconds of the window

reaching the bounce-back position. Thewindow will travel up with no

bounce-back protection. The window willstop if the switch is released

before the window is fully closed.

Short Drop Glass (Front Windows)

This feature lowers the glass when eitherdoor is opened to improve door

efforts and sealing. The glass returns toits closed position when the

door is closed.

Re-Calibrating a Window

Note: Performshort drop re-calibration with the doors closed.

Re-calibrating with doors open will causethe window to continuously

bounce back.

If a window will not raise again when thedoor is closed, use the switch

to fully raise the window, then hold theswitch up for two seconds.

If a window will not lower when the door isopened:

1. Use the switch to fully lower the window, then hold the switch down

for two seconds.

2. Immediatelyafter releasing the switch, pull the switch up to fully raise

The drivers widnow on my '13 was lower at the back. I took it to my dealer, and the Tech took the panel off and aligned the entire window mechanism.
