drag race?
There was a guy out last week in a '14 DSG GT running like 14.20's, I asked him about how he was running and he said he was shifting at 5000...
I explained things to him a little and next pass he ran a 13.35 or something like that, came back around with a big grin on his face!

Well, I got in even with an expired helmet. i met a lot of cool people and saw a lot of cool cars. driver mods are needed at every aspect. i had lots of fun. i think i will go back again.
being a drag strip virgin, I am no position to say anything other than very solid first attempt. I'm quite sure I'd be smokin them way too hard and likely miss a shift or two.
Congradulations on your first time.

The big question is... addicted yet? lol
Whenever I ran mine (ive only ran 1 night so far) I skipped the water.... Still did a small burnout... and I launched when the yellow light was about to turn off... You kinda get used to how long a light lasts... But I did watch a lot of people... I loved watching people just do long burnouts at launch and get terrible times. Or watching people shift too fast and bog down...
It's all in good fun. lol
