No, I know all about that darn button. I've popped the trunk on accident, waiting for my **** gate to open, more than a few times. Darn you ford and Dad.

Hey stkyswt,

Since you have the remote start key fob, you will have to use the remote trunk release button inside your vehicle. It’s located on the instrument panel. Press the button to unlatch the trunk. 11SHELBYGT500, yours should be the same way.

It looks the same as the F150 and Superduty keys with remote start.

It's done!!!! The service manager did what was needed to get me a key with a trunk release and a fob for the RS. No pony logo but that's ok. BTW, no issue with car stutting off when door is opened. Thanks to all those who provided info on the subject.

Wait, does that mean you have a fob attached to the key or the key fob has a trunk and remote start on it?
