Shouldn't those reviews be anonymous?

Maybe when I go buy my car, I will ask the salesperson to lower the price in exchange for a perfect "grade."

 

They can be anonymous but that doesn't do any good except to allow you to hurt the dealer without them knowing who did it. One of the main purposes of these surveys is to help us correct any deficiencies in our selling, delivery or service processes. It helps us to be able to talk to a customer that isn't happy to find out why and find out if it is fixable. Some of our most loyal customers started as upset customers who allowed us to right the situation because we knew about it. The scary ones are the ones who are pissed, leave, complain to everyone they know and we never even know about it.

 

I just need my salesman to stop calling me on Saturday mornings to see how I'm doing when I'm hungover. He's woken me up a handful of times. "Lou, a little later in the day if possible."

<plug>Imperial Ford in Mendon, MA. Emailed a few dealerships and told them I wanted to place a retail order for a car and would play the equivalent of the x-plan price. Within 4 hours I had hammered it out with a salesman there. Two days later I went in to place the order.
