Hey, if that's the way it works Stinger will have to reimburse me when I decide I'm ready to order a Steeda Tri-Ax shifter! I'll let several TMS members chip in for a Steeda CAI and custom tune, too.

That's a nice looking ****, Shotzy. I'd like to see what one of these ***** looks like in Red Candy.

Ok, enough pics...now I am looking at ordering two more, so I can switch them, maybe three more, then I can switch them by season. Like the 5.0; the Pony and the the Ford design.

Dammnit, too many choices now. Grabber Pony with 5.0 logo, Grabber Pony with running horse logo, or 401a ****. Decisions decisions decisions!

I'll get you a Kona blue pic, but you should settle down with this bad customer service crap if you expect a response.

When did you send an email?

Keep your eye on this thread, I'll post a pic tomorrow for you of the Kona blue 2.25" **** with white '11 6 speed pattern and 5.0 on the sides.

The picture in my post on page 1 is Kona Blue. I think the ones from S197 GT and Shotzy are also Kona Blue. It's very dark. In dim lighting it looks black. It's only when the light is strong that you can really see the metal flake, just like the Kona Blue paint on the body.

Well I got it installed with the Barton Short shift kit looks great. Did not get pictures of it installed yet will try to get it tonight.

The bullitt adapter does not work right with the 401a shift boot. You need to use the silver adapter with this boot. If you dont the shifter goes down to low and does not match up with the boot. Makes it look unfinished. With the silver ring it does look good but the adapter is just to long. I have sent grabber a email to see if the could cut the ring around the base that is supposed to hold the boot ring. If they could cut that off it will be the same size as the stock one and should fit right in and look good. I will keep you guys posted.

Hey S197GT you got it backwards it's crap customer service! It's not the ****.That looks great. It's the jam-nuts they have available will not have a satisfactory fit & finish for the 401a interior. My fault I guess for buying the upgraded interior.

Besides that I know you didn't just tell me to shut-up & stop posting the truth!

I own & run a small business myself & it's all about great customer service end of story. The customer is always right even if their wrong.By the way I'm not.

So you want to know when I e-mailed them.Maybe you think I have nothing better to do than post lies here. You couldn't be more wrong.I'll be waiting for your apology.Don't worry I won't hold my breath. Here is a sample of some of the correspondence with GB.

Hello Kevin,

Please accept our apology. It seems that much of our outgoing email is
being rejected by a variety of servers and is not arriving to our
customers. We have opened this Yahoo account until we can resolve the
problem.

Yes, we can make a **** for you in Kona Blue, in fact we have a few in
production right now for other customers. I will arrange to send a
picture to you as soon as one is completed.

The 2011 Mustang has two possible shift boots...one has a 1" diameter
hole and the other has a smaller .75" diameter hole that is the same
that was used on the 2009 Bullitt Mustang. If you have the Premium
interior with the Aluminium **** then you most likely need the .75"
diameter adapter.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you!

Mark Goodell

Apology accepted!

With that out of the way I've looked at your Jam-Nuts online & for
some reason neither looks correct.

My original appears to be 3/4" but looks slightly different than yours
online.I'm sending you some pics of my original setup.

Please e-mail me back & let me know what you think.Note the small lip
at the bottom of the **** & the chrome trim ring on the boot.

Also do you have any pics of the Kona Blue ****?

Thank You, Kevin

Hi Kevin,

It took awhile but we finally recived the parts we orderd from Ford to
allow us to evaluate how our adapters work with all current vesions of
the Mustang boots and *****. We have found that our curent adapters
work fine with all of the current boots. In your case, our small
diameter "Bullitt" adapter fits the chrome-ringed boot very well.

We just completed a making some Kona Blue ***** and are finishing the
engravings today. I will send you a picture of one of them this evening.

Thank you.

Mark

Trying to get a picture of the adapter they say looks very well with the 401a interior.Sent them a e-mail asking for a picture of the adapter with the 401a int. & there has been no reply at all since the above correspondence. That was back on September 9th.So yes I'd call that bad customer service.I'm not buying something that I know looks incorrect.

The ***** does not fit right with the 401a interior.

The adapter is to long. I am talking with mark to try and get something worked out.

Excuse the bad photos and dirty car.

The ***** are delicious looking!

Now only if someone would make a jam-nut that not only fits properly (401a int) but doesn't look out of place.

I'd buy 1 of their ***** in a second if I could get a correct jam-nut!

Maybe I'll cut my original below the **** & use that.
