A friend came over this afternoon with his two week old 2012 California Special. I pointed out to him the GT/CS stripe on the passenger side is crooked. It points downward. He is quite angry, and I suppose he did not notice this at the dealership. He asked me to post, on his behalf, for any advice: can a crooked stripe be straightened out? could he take it to the dealership and demand a new stripe be put on? Any suggestions for this guy/

 

The dealer will fix it with a new stripe. It's an easy fix, so tell him not to stress out because it's clearly Ford's fault.

Tell him to relax, they'll fix it. My passenger rocker stripe was 1/2 inch forward and they replaced it no questions asked.

When I had mine, it had a bubble with a piece if dirt under it. It was replaced with no problem and looked perfect.
