I know. I really just want some food for thought. I'm not looking for verifiable info that might get someone in trouble. Just educated speculation.

Never heard of Roadrunner being a codename. The only ones I heard are Coyote(5.0L DOHC), Bobcat (Dual Fuel 5.0), Lion (4.4 Diesel), and Scorpion (6.7 Diesel).

Settle down you hounds

Oh and SuperSuge...you're missing another one too

As for those engines, you have to remember we may never see them, they could just be codenames for variations that never make it out of the gate.

We'll have to wait and see

I just can't stand reading this " we'll just have to wait and see" anymore. We need cool hard facts soon. We keep running around in circles all the time.

Just be happy that Boomer's providing us with any information at all!

Bobcat! That's right! I forgot about it being methanol or E85 injected for extreme amounts of torque. Sounds like an incredible powerplant for trucks that don't need stump pulling all the time. Like a daily driver and weekend hauler/toy.

Yeah it's like nitrous. Just without the intake blowing apart if the selenoid gets stuck.

'Speakin' o' Boomer, where is he? This is 10/9/09, and his last posting was 9/21/09.

Another tragic case of alien abduction, no doubt. Gettin' probed up in the mothership, and without access to carSPIN... I hope his alien nurse has a nice set of round, pendulous tentacles on her at least.

Hang in there, Boom!

Coyote and Roadrunner

I'm starting to think someone at Ford likes Looney Tunes.

Maybe Boomer and "The Insider" are one and the same. Doesn't his disappearance coincide with the system crash?
