Cold Start Recalibration Fix Hold

Brenspeed said their car was on hold because of a Ford "hold" lot waiting for some cold
start recalibration fix because of issues they were having. So tunes are delayed.
Anyones car run a little ruff on start up for a few seconds? Mine does.

Hmm that is interesting.
Mine runs slightly rough once I start her up.
Just out of curiousity what does the start recalibration do?
Wonder if there will be a TSB sent out for this or just send it back to the dealer?
