Clutch Help Roush 427R

I have a 2010 427R and the clutch just went out on it. The dealer claims the fly wheel is also broke. I am going to go to another garage for a second opinion for the fly wheel and because the stealership wants $2,000 for just the basic GT clutch.

My car has 435hp and Im planning on getting it up to 500hp in the next year. I want to upgrade the clutch but I am at a lost as to what I should move up for. I know nothing about clutches and the different applications. This is pretty much a street driver that sees a track day once a year.

If you could help me with brand, single disc or dual disc, and any other info you might have would be great.

Everybody has their favorite brands. Spec makes one for every occasion. 2+ should handle your plans. Cracked flywheel is gonna need replacing. Stock or aluminum is your choice but aluminum may free up a couple horses.

Thank you Cobra. Does anyone else have an opinion? Thoughts on single disk vs 2 disk?

I really like McLeod's single disc, then again it is mated to a T56 which seems a little better of a trans then the MT82. Their stuff is usually a little more expensive then Excedy and Spec and what not.
