Just found out you do not offer free shipping for items below $99.

 

Still waiting on my Pro-Actions I ordered back in February so I can get my suspension installed. Nearly full-Steeda setup (springs/dampers/LCA's/UCA/PHB) but need the shocks/struts to get 'er done.

 

That's bad news I was just going to order the Pro Action struts and shocks but saw the notice about a two or three week delay. If you ordered in February and haven't received them yet that really worries me.

 

What worries me more is that I got no notification of a backorder at the time, the invoice shows "completed". I ordered them with the LCA's, but when the LCA's arrived, no Pro-Actions. It's hard for me to call them during my working hours and they don't have an email contact that anybody checks. I finally got a chance to call back in March and they thought a couple weeks but they seemed confused about it. I just want my stuff, or a firm ETA so I can decide whether to keep waiting or cut bait and look at alternatives.
